Our olive oil is 100% extra virgin, 1st cold pressed and is made from the famous Koroneiki olive variety with a consistency of 0.4% or below acidity level. Our olive oil is known for its’ smooth flavor and antioxidants that prevent the development of cancer.

Currently our orchards produce 2,000 - 3,000 metric tons of the best extra virgin olive oil annually. The harvest is handpicked in the morning and pressed the same evening, any olive that touches the ground stays on the ground.
